Fundraising

Fundraising Policy

Fundraising is an important function for Two Harbors Youth Hockey Association. Our fundraising efforts help support capital improvements to our facility, provide equipment and gear to our teams, assist with tournament registration fees and most importantly, helps keep registration fees low and eliminate the need to collect ice fees from individual teams/families.

To ensure optimum participation and success for our association, the following fundraising opportunities are planned for the upcoming season: • PIZZA SALE – (FALL/WINTER) • FLOWER SALE – (SPRING) • CHARITABLE GAMBLING – (Landing 61).

All fundraising done by members of the association is to be for the benefit of the entire association, not individual teams. We are always looking for ideas on how to raise funds. If you have ideas, please make them known to the Fundraising Coordinator(s) or a THYHA Board Member.

New fundraisers must have approval of the THYHA Board of Directors

There is a BUYOUT option available to those families not wanting to participate in the mandatory PIZZA and FLOWER sales. A single player BUYOUT is $175.00 and two or more player buyout is $350.00 per fundraiser. These BUYOUT dollars will need to be paid prior to the start of the hockey season.
