Steps to complete your coach requirements and training

Step 1: Register with USA Hockey

Needs to be completed every year. Be sure to use your same login information as in previous years. Forward your USA Hockey confirmation to the Registration Coordinator.

Step 2: Complete Safe Sport training

Needs to be completed every year.

Step 4: Complete your Coaching Education Program (CEP)

Levels 1 through 3 are valid for one season. Level 4 is valid for three seasons. Level 4 coaches need to take 5 credits of continuing education to advance the expiration to the next 3-year cycle. CEP clinics must be completed by December 15th of each year.

Step 5: Complete your Age-Specific Coaching Module

Needs to be completed one time per age classification. Mite = 8&Under; Squirt/Peewee = 12&Under; Bantam = 13&Over

THYH Reimbursement Form

Use this form to claim reimbursement for coaching class(es) reimbursement.  Be sure to attach any receipts and class completion confirmation(s) to your claim.
