Two Harbors Youth Hockey Association

All THYH players are REQUIRED to register online with USA Hockey before registering with THYH. There will be no exceptions.

The fee is $40 for all players (USA Hockey registration is free for kids born in 2005 or later).  

IMPORTANT - Save your online registration confirmation page and bring it to registration.

What to bring to THYH Registration:

1. USA Hockey barcode (printed confirmation page for each player)
2. Copy of Official Birth Certificate (if new to THYH)
3. Consent to Treat/Medical History
4. Parent Volunteer Agreement/Zero Tolerance
5. Play-up Petition (if needed)
6. Credit/debit card or checkbook

If you are unable to print documents ahead of time, forms will be available on both registration nights.
