Concession Stand Money Process

When starting a shift/day, the start up money is in a green or blue zippered bag. There should be $200 in there.

When closing a shift/day, the money ($, checks, credit card slips and any other vouchers) from the till go in a zippered bank bag. These bags are located in the drawer under the hot beverage machines and have "concession closing $" written on them.

At closing, please follow the directions on the till that tell you how to close it and print the report for the day. This report goes in the concession closing bag with the money.

Please bring both bags (empty starting and full closing) to the office and put them in the safe.
