FUNDRAISING

Fundraising is an important function for Two Harbors Youth Hockey Association. Our fundraising efforts help support capital improvements to our facility, provide equipment and gear for our teams, assist with tournament registration fees and most importantly, helps keep registration fees low and eliminates the need to collect ice fees from individual teams/families.
FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES
There are 2 fundraising opportunities with THYH.
- Fall pizza fundraiser
- Spring flower fundraiser
Each fundraiser is run the same way.
In the fall or spring, the order form will come to you in the form of an email. We'll also post the order form on our Facebook page. Orders (and payment) need to be handed into the arena by a certain day. Delivery generally happens a couple weeks later. You'll be informed of a pickup date and time where you'll pick up your orders and deliver them to your participants as you see fit.
If you wish to not participate in the fundraisers, you'll have the opportunity to buy out of one or both at registration. The buy out amounts are as follows:
- Single player family - $195 per fundraiser
- Multi player family - $390 per fundraiser
If you happen to forget about the fundraiser(s) and didn't buy out, you will be billed at the end of the season for those fundraisers.
NOTE: Mini mite families are not required to participate in the fundraisers, though we'll certainly accept your participation should you chose to do so.
CHARITABLE GAMBLING
Charitable gambling is another resource as a fundraiser. THYH has a charitable gaming license, with a booth at The Landing Sports Bar. Stop on down and enjoy some paper pull-tabs, eTabs and/or online Bingo.
