TEAM MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

Team Managers need to register with USA Hockey, complete SafeSport training and complete background screening.


Registger with USA Hockey every year that you're a Team Manager. Be sure to register as a manager/volunteer and forward your USA Hockey confirmation number to the Registration Coordinator.


SafeSport training is required every year.


Team Managers need to complete a MN Hockey background screening. Screening is $30 and is good for 2 years. If you'd like reimbursement, use the THYH Reimbursement Form. Forms are available in the arena office or you can print your own.


Use this form to claim reimbursement for your background screening. Be sure to attach your receipt and/or confirmation to your claim. Claim forms can also be found in a blue folder in the Treasurer's box in the arena office.
